Client Advisor * German * M/F/X

Jobmatch is looking for professional, ambitious and passionate advisors, who help clients by phone and mail in German all over the world to find their ideal product and service.
Our client in Brussels Center is a worldwide  known fashion company, 

• You will be the person of contact for clients speaking German
• You give personal and professional advice on different products, materials, stock, price, alternatives and the new collection
• You solve every problem, providing an excellent service
• You are the spokesperson of the house for your country, knowing all about the history, the different stores, the products, the service, the brands, collections, heritage, creations, savoir-faire,…

• You speak and write perfectly in German. Good knowledge off English 
• Any other language is an asset
• A Bachelor  degree is an asset: you learn easily and you know how to multitask
• You have a strong interest in fashion, retail, luxury and you know what the clientele expects
• You have the professionalism, the feeling and the communication skills necessary for this job
• You have an eye for quality, for service, and the sky is the limit in your perception
• You distinguish yourself from others by your way of life: you are customer oriented, ambitious, professional, perseverant and passionate about everything that is beautiful, unique and exclusive.

• A fixed contract starting September 28 2023
• You start on the Customer Service department where you learn everything there is to know about the company, the house, the products
• You will be working for a growing and ambitious company, with an international mindset, in the heart of Brussels.
• You will work 38h/week in shifts: between 9 am and 8 pm and you will work 2 weekends a month
